Indemnification
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS LIGHTNING LOGISTICS FROM ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS.
International Users and Choice of Law
This Site is controlled and administered from the United States. Accessing the Site outside the U.S. is your responsibility to comply with local laws. The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Fayetteville, Georgia.
Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Lightning Logistics and you regarding your use of this Site. Any legal claims must be commenced within 180 days of the cause of action. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in full effect.
